The leather feels softer than the stock pads, and the 23mm depth makes a noticeable difference—my ears no longer brush the driver housing during long sessions. They were a bit stiff for the first hour, but after that they settled in perfectly and the clamp is much comfier now.
The memory foam is just the right density—firm enough to keep their shape, soft enough to forget they're there.
