Honestly, I was a bit worried the L size would feel huge, but the 12mm outer diameter just disappears in my ears. They're firm enough to create a solid seal without that painful pressure I get from silicone, and my IEMs' 4.4mm nozzles lock right in.
The 4.1mm inner bore fits my IEMs snugly without slipping, and the medium size sits deep enough for a solid seal. Took a couple tries to get them seated right, but the isolation is noticeably better than my old tips.
The silicone is firmer than I expected for a sponge tip, but the 4.1mm bore holds onto my 4.8mm nozzle without slipping. Just wish the M size felt a bit more plush inside my ear canal after an hour of listening.
