My Grado GS1000s feel like new again with these pads—the sponge density is just right, not too soft or too firm. They took about a minute to swap in, and the comfort improvement is immediate. Only gripe is the price feels a bit steep for what's essentially foam.

The replacement foam pads are noticeably denser than the worn-out originals, and they sit flush against my ears without that crushed, flat feeling. Took a couple of days to break in, but now they’re comfy enough for long listening sessions. Just wish they were a touch softer right out of the box.
