The medium size sits perfectly on my 6.5mm nozzle IEMs, and the 12.5mm outer diameter seals my ear canals without that suffocating pressure I get from silicone. They stay put during my whole commute, and the sponge material is noticeably denser than the cheap ones I've tried before.

Took a chance on these foam tips for my 6.7mm nozzle IEMs and the 5.5mm bore sits snug without any wobble, plus the M size's 12.5mm outer diameter seals nicely for a deeper bass response. Two pairs means I can swap between sets without worrying about wear.

The large size fits my IEMs with a 6.5mm nozzle perfectly, and the sponge compresses easily before expanding to lock in place. They’re noticeably more comfortable than silicone tips over a long listening session.
