My aging pair finally gave out after years of use, so these replacements were a relief. The leather is supple and the dustproof mesh is a thoughtful touch for keeping the drivers clean post-listening sessions.
The dark brown sheep leather feels noticeably richer than the stock lambskin, and the dustproof mesh backing is a thoughtful touch for keeping the drivers clean. They slipped on without any fuss and instantly made my SR-X9000 more comfortable for long listening sessions.
Finally, a proper pair of leather pads for the SR-X9000. The dark brown sheep leather feels noticeably softer than the stock ones, and they fit snugly without any glue or fuss.
