The Elite Velour is noticeably plusher than the stock pads, and it transforms how the TH-900 sits on my head for long listening sessions. Bass response feels a touch tighter too, which I wasn't expecting from a pad swap.

The velour is plush without stealing any of the TH-900's signature punch, and the fit is snug enough that I forget I'm wearing pads at all. Comfort was my main gripe with the stock set, but these solved it completely while keeping the bass tight.
